Kathy’s 10 years of results-oriented development experience at top-tier universities enables her to apply the full spectrum of cutting-edge strategies to help her clients raise more money for mission. Her experience as an Executive Director of a small nonprofit enables her to understand the need to do more with less and to craft strategies that leverage the limited resources of small and medium-sized nonprofits. Finally, Kathy’s significant experience in start-up situations gives her an excellent perspective on activities that generate community engagement and support and build the capacity of her nonprofit clients.
In addition to her work with clients, Kathy is an active volunteer leader in the nonprofit sector. She helped establish the nonpartisan Bucks County Women’s Advocacy Coalition in 2008 and served as its third president from 2018-2020. She founded two local branches of the Woman’s National Farm & Garden Association in 2006 and 2010 and served as Treasurer of the Education and Charitable activities of the national organization from 2016 – 2020. In early 2020, she led a committee to conduct a review of the health and human services functions of County government and provided recommendations to the Bucks County Commissioners.
Kathy is a 26-year resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She resides in Warminster, PA with her husband and two sons.
